Did you know that an on-site Restaurant is one of the leading interests on the internet for prospective residents? The new management staff of the Westlake Golf & Country Club’s Restaurant, “The Grille,” will be two key professionals to oversee the Food & Beverage Contract. Peter DeMarco will be Director of food and beverage, while John Marino will serve as the Head Chef. Both new hires came to us through Linx Management and have extensive experience in serving Westlake’s exceptional culinary traditions.
Peter, most recently, served as Food & Beverage Manager at Harpoon Willies Restaurant, while John’s recent experience has been at a number of country clubs, restaurant and banquet facilities, including serving as a Chef at The Mill (formerly The Old Mill)!
Westlake Golf & Country Club’s Restaurant, “The Grille,” will continue to be a favorite amenity for our residents to enjoy year-round! So let us all welcome the new Grille Events & Catering Service, a.k.a. “Westlake Hospitality LLC,” and wish them much great success!
